FAQs
How does TraceSafe maintain user privacy?

While most quarantine solutions rely on mobile phones for connectivity to the internet, TraceSafe’s wristbands communicate via secure Gateway technology, eliminating the privacy concerns surrounding mobile phone usage. In addition, TraceSafe’s wristbands do not store any personal information.

What happens to the data collected?

TraceSafe’s technology can be configured to automatically delete data after a predetermined amount of time, reducing the need to store data longer than required for notification-related purposes and to help comply with local privacy laws and regulations.
